• A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 20 days before arrival.

• Payments can be made via Stripe.

• Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email.

• Cancellations made more than 20 days before arrival will result in the loss of the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 20 days before arrival will result in the loss of 100% of the total booking cost.

• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.

• Up to 3 dogs are welcome (see pet policy below).

• Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles.

• If you are bringing a van, please notify us before arrival so we can ensure a suitable space is available on the driveway.

• Check-in time: 3pm | Check-out time: 10am.

• Late check-outs may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.

• All extras must be ordered at least 7 days before arrival to allow enough time to source items.

We welcome doggy guests, but kindly ask that owners follow these rules:

• Please do not leave your dog unattended in Hillview Escape at any time.

• Please do not allow your dog inside Hillview Escape if it is wet, muddy, or dirty. Please clean and dry your dog before bringing it indoors. Do not use the bath towels to dry your dog. An outdoor hose is provided to clean your dog before entry.

• Please bring your own dog bed—we kindly ask that dogs do not go on any furniture, as some guests have allergies to pet hair.

• Please clear up any dog mess from the garden. Children frequently play in the garden, and a clean space is essential for everyone’s enjoyment.

• No smoking inside the accommodation.

• The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.

• Any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges.

• Guests stay at their own risk. Hillview Escape is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

• Please respect noise levels and be considerate of other guests and neighbours.

• Hillview Escape is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
